PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
  • Please place one or more member names in the below text box, and select the number of people you are paying dues for during the checkout process (e.g. if you are paying for one person, choose “1” as quantity; if you are paying dues for five listed members, choose “5”). If you are paying for a Trainer, discount, fill out the appropriate box.
  • The membership dues will be billed once at $25.00 per member; this is not a recurring charge.
  • You receive a confirmation receipt via email after completing the checkout process.
